Delicious crispy vegan chocolate with creamy filling

Ingredients:
Base
1½ cups cooked chickpeas
3 tablespoons sweetener (honey)
3 tablespoons nut butter
Few drops vanilla extract
Chocolate coating
¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
¼ cup cocoa powder
1/8 cup honey
Method:
Blend chickpeas, sweetener, nut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Place into small forms and freeze.
Once the base has harden remove from forms.
Blend all the Chocolate ingredients till smooth.
Coat the base with chocolate.
Store in airtight container in the fridge.
Tip:
Make sure the chocolate stays liquid (warm). If the coconut oil gets cold it hardens and it will be tricky to coat the base.
