Vegi Burger
makes 20 patties
Ingredients:
3 cups water
¼ cup fresh herbs (marjoram, celery, mint)
1 onion
3 cups rolled oats
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ cup sunflower seeds, coarsely ground
1 tablespoon basil leaves
2 teaspoon salt
Method:
Place everything in pot and cook till it has thick consistency
Form small burger patties
Bake 40 minutes at 180°C
Place on in bread bun with humus, fresh tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers.
