Vegi Burger


Vegi Burger

makes 20 patties

Ingredients:

3 cups water

¼ cup fresh herbs (marjoram, celery, mint)

1 onion

3 cups rolled oats

1 garlic clove

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon curry powder

½ cup sunflower seeds, coarsely ground

1 tablespoon basil leaves

2 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Place everything in pot and cook till it has thick consistency

  2. Form small burger patties

  3. Bake 40 minutes at 180°C

  4. Place on in bread bun with humus, fresh tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers.

  5. Enjoy
