Vegan Pancakes

Makes about 20 pancakes

Ingredients:

2 cups whole wheat flour

2 tablespoons linseed, ground

33/4 cups water

1/4 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well together.

  2. Let rest 10-15 minutes.

  3. Bake in a nonstick pan with a dash of oil.

Variation:

Add some seeds, like linseed or sesame but then add the same amount of water.

For example add 1/4 cup of linseed and 1/4 cup of sesame seed and 1/2 cup of water.
