Chia pudding

Image: 1st: choc (cocoa); 2nd: chai; 3rd: choc (carob); 4th: berry (raspberry)

Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

Base

1 can coconut milk (400ml)

½ cup chia seeds

1/4 cup honey

Variation 1 (chai)

1½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

½ teaspoon nutmeg powder

½ teaspoon vanilla extract 

Variation 2 (berry)

1-2 cups berries

Variation 3 (choc)

2-3 tablespoons cocoa or carob powder

1 cup dates

½ warm water

Method:

Variation 1 (chai)

  1. Whisk base ingredients and spices together

  2. Let stand for 10-15 minutes

  3. Enjoy

Variation 2 (berries)

  1. Whisk base ingredients together

  2. Add berries

  3. Let stand 10-15minutes

  4. Enjoy

Variation 3 (choc)

  1. Soak dates in warm water, in blender bowl

  2. In separate bowl whisk base ingredients together

  3. Add choc powder to dates, and blend into a mouse

  4. Mix into the base mixture

  5. Lets rest 10-15 minutes

  6. Enjoy
