Sesame Energy Balls

Makes: about 20 balls

Prep time: 10 minutes (+30min soak time)

Ingredients:

½ cup crushed grain (wheat)

½ cup water

½ cup dates, mousse

½ cup almonds, chopped

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey

Sesame Seeds

Method:

  1. Soak the grain 30 mintues in water

  2. Place grain in sieve and squeeze out excess water

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix thoroughly

  4. Form balls, then roll in sesame seeds
