Pita Bread
Makes 18
Ingredients:
500g wholewheat flour
350g water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method:
Kneed all the ingredients together
Let rest for about 30 minutes
Roll out into a long sausage (about 40cm)
Divide into half, then keep dividing in halves until you get 18 even pieces
Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten to form 0.5 cm thick circle.
Place into hot slightly oiled pan, cook over medium heat till both sides are slightly brown.
