Chia Energy Bars

Ingredients:

1 cup nuts (walnuts), chopped

1 cup dried dates, figs or prunes, finely chopped

⅓ cup peanut butter

3 tablespoons chia seeds

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Place in a shallow rectangular form

  3. Refrigerate 1-2 hours

  4. Cut into bars and enjoy
