Sunflower Roast

Ingredients:

1½ cups sunflower seeds, ground

½ breadcrumbs or rolled oats

1 cup potato, grated

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon fresh marjoram, chopped

1 cup water

1 onion

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly

  2. Place in oiled form

  3. Bake at 180C for an hour

  4. Serve with fresh salad or slice and serve on bread.
