Mini Fried Pizza


Mini Fried Pizza

Prep time: 45 minutes, 1-2 hours rising time

Makes 12-14 pieces

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped

250g wholewheat flour

2 teaspoons dry yeast (7g)

3/4 cup warm water

1 tablespoon olive oil

Method:

  1. Roast salt and rosemary in a pan

  2. Kneed the flour, yeast, water, oil and 1 tablespoon together

  3. Let rise in a warm area for 1-2 hours.

  4. Form walnut sized pizzas

  5. Fry in oiled pan till both sides are brown

  6. Sprinkle some rosemary-salt mixture on top

  7. Enjoy with some fresh tomato sauce (recipe here)
