Mini Fried Pizza
Prep time: 45 minutes, 1-2 hours rising time
Makes 12-14 pieces
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
250g wholewheat flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast (7g)
3/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Method:
- Roast salt and rosemary in a pan 
- Kneed the flour, yeast, water, oil and 1 tablespoon together 
- Let rise in a warm area for 1-2 hours. 
- Form walnut sized pizzas 
- Fry in oiled pan till both sides are brown 
- Sprinkle some rosemary-salt mixture on top 
- Enjoy with some fresh tomato sauce (recipe here)
